When I first started working with Tricia, I had a horrible diet, had finished going to school full-time while working my full-time job, and was pretty run down. After working with her, I have improved my eating habits, consuming a greater variety of whole foods that prioritize protein and fiber. I have also gained some tools to help me manage daily stressors, which has been a game changer for me!

I enjoyed working with Tricia. She is patient, insightful and holds amazing space for her clients. When we started working together, I was feeling overwhelmed with school and work. I have had a long history of not taking lunches or breaks throughout my long work days and then coming home to work with clients in my practicum. I was burning myself out.
We discussed mindfulness activities that have been easy to incorporate in my daily routine and are very helpful for me. In fact, I am still using them today.

When we began working together, I had just transitioned from over a decade in a community health nursing role to accepting a position in an outpatient care setting. Within a few months of this transition, I found myself questioning my decision for the career change, as well as my nursing skills and judgement. When I first met with Tricia, I was in the midst of making some big employment decisions while struggling with my mental and physical health. Tricia’s coaching sessions positively impacted my life because she held me accountable to the goals we co-created, she was a positive voice for me and helped me take a step back to reimage my life in regards to my mental and physical health.
Tricia was always bright and positive during our coaching sessions. She took time to listen and learn about things I was struggling with or interested in. Likewise, I had fun learning from her.

Before working with Tricia, I was dealing with strained relationships between my children and noticing more physical aches and pains. Tricia held space for me as I talked through dealing with my relationships with my children. I now have the tools to manage the stress of unfortunate situations rather than letting the situation manage me. Also, through goal setting, I now have better dietary habits, I am drinking more water and have experienced better sleep. All of these have positively impacted my life.
